- Owned freight workflows and AI features end-to-end, from problem definition through usability testing and prototyping to launch, partnering closely with PMs and engineers
- Designed an AI document-audit flow from user interviews: cut customers' processing time and gave legacy users a path into the new feature, bringing 22 paying global customers into early access
- Rebuilt the in-app PLG promotion flow with GA4, Mixpanel, and qualitative research, converting 0 → 8 new paying U.S. customers in the first quarter
- Ran a cross-functional workshop (10+ engineers, PMs, designers) to align on a core pain point and reprioritize the Scrum backlog
- Maintained two design systems (GoFreight Core FMS, Customer Tracking) for UI consistency and faster delivery
Flash Team
- Brought AI into the design workflow: built component-based prototypes with Claude Code and Codex and co-built domain-specific Claude Skills, speeding prototyping and smoothing engineering hand-off
- Aligned the front-end Storybook library with the design system so AI-assisted development reused the correct components
B2B hardware-management system integrating 10+ IoT devices for smart-city infrastructure
- Built the web and mobile design system from zero, taking a Proof of Concept (POC) to a shipped product now live at 5 large-scale sites (smart science parks, public spaces)
- Designed IoT device-management UIs: a Video Management System (VMS), digital-signage controls, environmental sensors, smart-streetlight management, dashboards, and embedded hardware interfaces
- Redesigned the information architecture and device-alert flow, cutting task time 51.1% and required interactions 50%
- Led the website 2.0 revamp end-to-end (IA, asset modeling and rendering, key visuals, testing, with early AI assistance in 2023); featured at the 5G Smart Pole Forum and Smart City Expo, hitting 50,000 visits in a day
- Managed an industrial-design intern, delegating and reviewing 3D modeling and product-asset work
